The Great Commission, found in Matthew 28:18-20, is Jesus' final command to His disciples:

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.

For Mitos Missions Network, this is more than a passage of Scripture, but it is a call to action. Jesus didn't give us an option but a mandate: go and make disciples. This command extends beyond cultural and geographical boundaries, compelling Christ followers to bring the Gospel to every nation, tribe, and people.

The Great Commission is fueled by God's authority and His presence. Jesus begins by affirming that all authority in heaven and on earth belongs to Him. This truth gives Mitos Network confidence that no government, opposition, or challenge can override Christ's supreme authority. He also promises, "I am with you always." Whether in bustling cities or remote villages, our global partners are never alone in their work.

Fulfilling the Great Commission requires intentionality. It is not just about preaching but discipleship: walking alongside people, teaching them to follow Christ, and equipping them to share the Gospel themselves.

Every believer plays a role in this mission. Whether through going, sending, praying, or supporting, we are all called to participate in God's redemptive plan. The Great Commission is not just for global workers, or Mitos Network, it is also for you as a follower of Jesus!
